I was very unhappy with my stomach after having a c-section. I tried liposuction when I was younger, but it really didn't help the loose skin. My gyn recommended that I have a hysterectomy so decided that I might as well do the tummy tuck at the same time, since I had been tossing this around for a while, but just didn't want to have surgery.
I had a breast lift and replaced my old saline implants with silicone as welle. Also had liposuction of the waist. You really cannot prepare for the pain, but it does get better. I am very happy with the results so far, but am still waiting for the swelling and bruising to go away.

I interviewed a few doctors and felt that Dr. B really listened and took time to consult with me. His staff is very patient and answered all of my questions both pre and post op. Everybody is very nice and very professional. I needed to have my surgery as fast as possible and Dr. B worked very hard to accommodate my schedule.
