I went to Dr. Siegel to help me in removing too much fat injected into the lower cheeks of my face by another surgeon. He listened to all of my concerns, gave me an honest opinion of what he felt he could accomplish, but most importantly, was very careful and conservative with the amount of fat he removed to ensure there would not be any deformities. He is an honest and skilled surgeon and truly did a good job in correcting the other surgeons mistakes. Removing fat from the face with small cannulas is a very difficult procedure to perform without causing worse problems, according to many plastic surgeons on RealSelf, but Dr. Siegel did his best and I am glad I chose him to help me. I highly recommend Dr. Siegel.
