It was pain i used no drugs it was tolerable though but if it really worked liked they claimed then I wouldn't even care about the pain it was a waste of my time & $$ I spent $2600 on stomach & love handles and lost probably about 3 inches not to mention I go to the gym 3x a wks so I dnt know if it worked at all I jst tried something called it works body wrap trying to see what my results will be good luck
