I decided to do fraxel on my back which had severe acne scaring from my teen years. The procedure was not painful, though it felt tingly and prickly, like someone poking my with a sharp roller brush, not the rubber-band snap feeling you get from laser removal.
I will post updates as I heal; I was told 4-6 weeks to see any results. Given the amount of scaring I may need multiple treatments.
