I'm 41, have had three children and have ranged in size over the years between 6-10.
7 weeks ago I had Cool Sculpting done on my hips/saddlebags. I've had this problem for as long as I can remember, regardless of my size or weight. I honestly was skeptical about the procedure because the cost was actually fairly reasonable ($1,400 per area and they had a special where if you buy 2 areas, you get 1 area done for free... ). A week after doing the first treatment on my saddlebags, I went back in and had the love handles done. After the procedures, I was very sore. Especially the love handles. The hips were'nt as bad but mildly sore. The lovehandles were almost unbearable for about a week. The pain and then this really intense itching that could not be relieved. It was like an itch under the skin and it literally kept me awake for a couple of nights. After about 2 weeks I started to notice the pain subsiding and was just left with a numbness. At week 5 or 6, the numbness started to go away. Now, 7 weeks later, I can definitely see an improvement in the hips/saddlebags. One of my friends who didn't even know that I had it done, commented the other day and said that I looked like I had lost weight in my hips. I haven't lost any pounds at all but the difference is pretty noticable, especially if I stand in the mirror with no clothes on. I see a pretty remarkable difference. Especially in my hips. Since I did the love handles a week aferwards, I'm hoping I'll continue to see improvement there but even the lovehandles do look better. Next week I'm going back in for my second treatment on saddlebags but am anxious to see the beffore and after photos to see the actual difference. If the difference is as good as I think it it, I may opt to use that last session on my tummy instead of the saddlebags. I'm a little nervous about the lower abdomen area, as the girl at my doctor's office said that it is the most uncomfortable area to do it. Guess I'll just have to mentally prepare myself for that one if I decide to go that route. I will take before and after pics this next time around and will post. I didn't take before pics myself the first time around but plan to ask my doctor if I can get a copy of the ones they took and will post them as well. But so far I really couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Dr. Vo (Dermagenix Med Spa) is wonderful and I've been seeing her for Botox and fillers for several years. She and her staff are very knowlegable and caring. I trusted her recommendation for Cool Sculpting and am so happy she let me know about it.
