I was looking into CoolSculpting for some time, and finally decided to do it. I found Dr. Chiang's contact info on RealSelf and contacted her to see if I can get an appointment. I am a frequent business traveler and I needed to be in Houston area for few days. Dr. Chiang responded promptly and was able to get me an appointment during the week I was in the area. Consultation went well, and I was very pleased with very precise explanation of what to expect during the procedure. Everyone in the office was very kind and sincerely carrying. I enjoyed the experience and I'm now starting to see the first results as well. Dr. Chiang followed up with me the next day to make sure I felt well. I highly recommend Dr. Chiang's office for their integrity, genuine care for patients' wellbeing, professionalism and expertise.
