Hello everyone. I have wanted a BA since...

Hello everyone. I have wanted a BA since breastfeeding my first child. I have had 3 children ages 10 to 8 months breastfeed them all for 4 months each. I think my breast have held up well. I don't feel they look completely pathetic. I also know they aren't going to get much better on their own. They have always seemed to get better after a year postpartum but so does my whole body. Due to weight loss and working out. During pregnancy and breastfeeding my breast would grow to a small DD and normally a C maybe a large C. I'm 5'2 and 135lbs. I lift weights regularly about 45 to 65lbs and spin classes (not a runner) so I want larger breast around DDD/F.

I just did a Google such for PS in my area checked out their websites then Google them more. I found a few I was interested in but then I found this site. It has been so helpful. When I found 2of the 3 PS I Googled I was very interested to see and read the reviews. They both were extremely impressive to me. I also checked to see what you girls were paying for implants from these Dr.! I also spent time reading their answers to Ask a Doctor portion of this site and one even answered my question. I did this because I wanted to see how they treated people and their attitude. Both seemed to give a lot of help. All good so far! Back to the going rate with each Dr. They had a couple thousand dollars difference. My number one pick was the cheaper one. He is not the closest but the furthest from me:( after Google, Facebook, realself and YouTube....I picked Dr.Feldman to be my number 1 but not my only one. All his reviews, answers and video were great and seem so down to earth.

It was time to contact their offices. My first email was to Dr.Feldman. The lady in his office was so helpful. I asked about the $3,695 saline $4,500 silicon special that was about to end in 30+ days. She said I would have to have the surgery within that time but if I couldn't then it would only be an extra $500. Still pretty good and would be the same price as my others on their low end. We then talked about if I would need a lift. This is the ask a doctor question I submitted. It was a toss up. Some seemed to think just the large implant I wanted would work others said maybe donut lift w/ implant. I would like to see if just an implant would give me the look I want. Told her what I was and what size I wanted to be and decided to send pictures of me and my wish. She emailed back saying if I wanted to go larger that an implant that size would probably work but would need a lift later because large boobs will sag eventually. True! She said she emailed photos to Dr. To see what he thought so I wouldn't be waisting my time...super helpful. I also may have come across like I for surly want this Dr and ASAP. So she emailed be back pretty quickly like always...saying that it would approximately be $6,995 and the larges would be 650 cc and it would put me about where I wanted to be and if a lift was needed their starting rate was about $19+k. This is where everything went down heel fast. I was shocked it wasn't that it's too much for BA but with out a special that's still almost $2,000-3,000 more then what seems to be the average rate for him and what was discussed earlier through emails. That was just for implants and not a lift at this time. So I asked why it was going to be so much more?! All I got was He will need more time in OR with your case. If it normally takes an hour..... is he expecting it to take twice as long on me and why?! That's a lot of extra money. I have seen girls on her with good surgeons closer to me with the donut lift w/ implants for $7,000. I was so disappointed. I wasn't sure if I seemed to eager or if I was being jerked around. I thought obviously that price didn't include a donut lift because she said the starting price for a lift was 19k..can that be right I have seen a lot of full lifts for half that. Who decides the price a client will pay for their individual needs? I'm going to submit that question too.

Any ways the lady was super nice and helpful but in the end I didn't want to keep bothering her after I was just told I was being charged so much more money for extra time in OR I would have really like to know why he need more time?????! I was so disappointed that I didn't feel like asking any other offices an decided to pass on consults for now. I didn't want to bother or be that person at a flea market trying to talk every one down. So maybe soon I will try again if anyone has any advice please comment
