Natrelle Moderate Plus Profile 397cc - Houston, TX

I have always wanted a nice set of breasts. I...

I have always wanted a nice set of breasts. I didn't really get those through puberty. I was a 32A throughout high school. After having my first son and only losing half of the weight I gained I was a 36C. I was happy with my breasts but not the weight. Seven years later I had my daughter and I breastfed her for 11 months. After I stopped nursing and losing weight I was a deflated 34A (or at least that's what I thought I was). I debated for years to get a BA.

Money was an issue for me so after a friend told me that she got her BA done for $3600 I decided to go with the same doctor; no research, no nothing. I went to my appointment and was very disappointed. I told him I wanted to be a full C or a small D and he suggested just told me he would put in saline implants and fill it up to 550cc. He didn't have anything for me to try on so I decided that you get what you pay for.

Fast forward a year later I decided that I was ready to get what I wanted. I chose Dr. Mark Schusterman because he performed my lipo and scar revision a few years back. I had a tummy (another surgeon) and he did not do a good job and left me with an ugly scar on my belly button. I was satisfied with what Dr. Schusterman did on my scar revision on my hips that I decided he was the one that will revise my belly button and do my BA as well. My appointment was August 5, 2013. Everything went really well. PS was able to answer all my questions and addressed my concerns. We decided that to get what I wanted a moderate plus profile with 397cc will be good. I really liked the way that it looked when I tried it on.

We discussed incision location. At first he said under the crease and I was a little concerned about having scars on my breasts because I scar very badly. He didn't seem too happy that I wanted to go the transaxillary route. Two days before my surgery date I changed my mind and decided to go with what the PS recommended.

On the day of surgery I arrived at the hospital at 5:30am and was taken back at 6:00am. Everything went really well. I remember I was talking to the anesthesiologist and the next thing I knew someone was trying to wake me up. I was in pain, no nausea but I had boobs!

I am 5'1, 125lbs, 13 BWD and 30 inch rib cage measurement

I wish I had taken a lot of before pictures but I was too embarrassed with what I had that I deleted all of it. I only have one picture (with bathing suit) on to compare.

I have been off of my pain medications since yesterday. I am starting to feel like myself again.

Ignore the number of days on my pictures. I didn't realize that I counted my day of surgery as day 1.

Also, my breasts were not significantly asymmetrical but the crease on my right was lower than my left and PS said he would fix that. I'm not sure how he did it. Maybe that is why my left breast has been sitting lower than my right since after surgery.

Sorry for all the weird looking pictures. I was taking the pictures by myself.

As of today I lost 2 lbs. I currently weigh 123 lbs. I don't know how but I never really felt bloated after I left the hospital. I have my first post op appointment in about an hour so I will continue to update later. I still haven't seen what my belly button looks like and I cannot wait to see it.

Thank you! How are you doing? You look really good, btw!
Thanks! I'm doing way better than I thought I would. Not much pain at all. Really surprised by that. Happy though! I hope to post new picks daily.

Two weeks post op

It's been 2 weeks since my BA. I am in love with my new look. I went to Neiman Marcus to get measured and I am measured at 32DD. I was pretty shocked. It just sounds so big but it really isn't. After that I went to Victoria's Secret and they also measured at 32DD. I know it's only been 2 weeks and it still has to drop and fluff. I've been wearing a sports bra for the last 2 weeks. I haven't been cleared to wear a bra yet so I am waiting to buy new ones. It was fun just to try it on. I did not get a chance to update at one week post op so I am going to post a photo at one week and today. I can see a difference in the way that it looks.

4 weeks post op

Tomorrow will be 4 weeks since I got my BA. I am loving the results and I don't regret doing it at all. I am having a little boobie greed right now. I wish I went a little bigger. I was wearing a 34B before my BA and I think I was wearing the wrong size. I may have been smaller; not too sure. I wanted to be a D cup and I am currently measuring at a 32DD or 34D. It does not look like I had anything done under clothing, which is great because I don't want to look like Pamela Anderson. I still wish I went a little bigger; maybe 421cc.

My bras finally came in from Victoria's Secret. I really love it! I can't really wear anything aside from a sports bra until I am cleared from my doctor. I bought bras from different collections at VS. I have to say that the one I love the most is the Body by Victoria lightly lined wireless bra. I have always loved and wore the Very Sexy collection but it does not look or feel right on me. I bought a Very Sexy lightly lined demi bra and it feels like my boobs are spilling over. All the bras I purchased are the same size: 32DD. I think the cut of the demi bra is not the right fit for me because the perfect coverage bras are the ones that fit the best.

Thanks. After looking at so many reviews on here I am glad mine was not riding so high from day one. It pretty much has stayed where it was placed.

7 weeks post op

It has been 7 weeks since my BA. I feel more confident about my body now than I ever have. I don't have any pictures because it hasn't changed much from 3 weeks ago. The 32DD bras that I purchased are now too small for me. My breasts are now spilling out of the cup. Thankfully I can still return the ones I have not worn for a bigger cup size. I am now wearing a 32DDD. I tried on 34DD but the band was too big and kept rising up every time I raised my arms. I wonder if it'll get any bigger. Pre-op I was wearing a 34A/B and I am now sure that I was wearing the wrong size.

Pre-op bra size: 34A/B
BWD: 13
Ribcage: 30 inches
Height: 5' 0.75"
Weight 125 lbs

Post-op bra size: currently 32DDD (hopefully it doesn't get much bigger)
Rib cage: 29 inches
Height: 5' 0.75"
Weight: 121 lbs

I had Natrelle Style 15 (Moderate Plus Profile) Smooth Round Silicone 397cc bilaterally.
