Update with picture

I have not yet spoke with my doctor. I felt very dismissed when I was going for all of my check up. I will be making contact with him again soon. Here is a picture showing what is going on.

I have wanted a great augmentation for years now....

I have wanted a great augmentation for years now. I kept putting it off telling myself "I'll do it next summer" and never actually would make the appointment. Well January 2015 I finally made an appointment. I only had one consultation and felt very comfortable with the doctor, staff and pricing. I did not want to look any further. During the consult, I showed the doctor a few pictures of what I wanted, told him I would like to be a full C but really wanted a natural look. I did not want it to look fake. He recommend 435cc. I tried on tested and agreed with the size. I paid for the surgery and scheduled it for June 4, 2015 just about 6 months out. During the waiting period I researched more and more. I could not find a negative word about the doctor I choose. A week before my surgery, I went in for my pre-op. The doctor was not present during the visit but I felt comfortable with everything and proceed with surgery the following week.
I arrive at the surgrey center and was not nervous until they took me back to get me changed and my iv started. I had to leave my husband which scared me. He was able to come back once the iv had been started. The anesthesiologist came and spoke with me and then finally my doctor who was completing the surgery came and marked me up. My husband kissed me goodbye and I was rolled off to surgery.
When I got to the OR they explained a few things and then I was out.
The next thing I remember is them waking me up and asking if I was ready to go home. Apparently they asked me 3 times and each time I said yes but then laid down and fell back to sleep. My husband said I just wanted to go home and sleep. I remember being wheeled out to the car, walking from the car to my bed and then waking up in pain a few hours later. The rest of the day(Thursday) was a blur. I hurt. My post-op was the next day(Friday). My husband took me. I was still in and out of grogginess. During the visit, only the nurse was present. The doctor never came to the room to check on me. She cleaned the incision and took the gauze like stuff out from between my boobs and said I just needed to clean the incision each night and replace the steri stripes and to wear the compression bra at all times. So on Saturday my husband cleaned my incision but he notice that my skin looked raw. He called the 24 hr number and told them what he saw. That person called the doctor and then within 10 minuted my doctor called. He said to call first thing Monday morning and make an appointment but to put new steri stripes back on. Sunday came and went.... still swollen woke up multiple times throughout the night, slept on and off all day and threw up from the antibiotic. Monday morning I called at 7:50 and make an appointment for 10:30. I only saw the nurse again. She took the steri stripes off and could see where I was red and raw. She said it was likely from being allergic to the stripes. She cleaned everything and then applied new steri stripes. She said to leave them on for 2 days and then replace them unless I get sweaty. I was really shocked that I did not see the doctor and that she applied new stripes over were I was raw. I am still high and the painkillers so at the time, I didn't think too much about it and went home. And slept. My next appointment was on Wednesday - 6 days post op. The normal nurse was not there so I was seen by another nurse. Never once saw the doctor. She took the steri stripes off and looked very concerned at my incisions. She was suppose to be removing my sutures and said that they were not all the way heeled but she think everything will be okay as long as I continue to use the steri stripes. She I could replace them every other day since they irritate my skin. Then she started pressing on the skin between my boobs. She noticed that is was raised and not sitting again the bone or whatever it should be sitting on. She made a big deal about this and how if not treated I would have a uniboob. They told me they would order an expensive thong bra for me to wear to fix the problem.

Here are my main issues:
*Why do I have to pay for the bra when 1) I was told everything is included in the original price and 2) they did not make me wear the stuff between by boobs to prevent the uniboob from occurring
*I specially asked the doctor what his recommendation size wise for me. He told me 435cc would be the perfect fit considering my shoulders, chest and hip size

Can anyone tell me if I am out of line on my thinking? I know I could be over thinking things.
