Apparently there was a discrepancy w/ my bank and the card which the bank was telling me otherwise. Thanks Janiris for the copy of the letter. Per office email credit card machine is down and should be fixed tomorrow. I am not usually one to have a bad attitude about things all I was asking for is explanations of what was going on after repeated attempts was not followed through timely.

Worst customer service experience in my life.I had a date scheduled for June then found out I was pregnant before this called 5 to 6 times left countkess messages and emailed for my receipt and never got one.Had to wait 2 weeks to even get one reply back ..Had some issues because the card I paid with was lost I've called 4 times still trying to get my money back 6300 minus the 50o deposit which o understand bUT I am pregnant and need my money. ..if I didn't cancel due to my preg Nancy I would have cancelled for poor service Im still waiting d or my money please if you think you can have life happen do not choose this office or yit will be waiting months for your refund
