Thinking of Going with Cortes - Houston, TX

I emailed Dr. Sato with my pics and asked if I would be a good candidate for a BBL. She said I would, but because of all of the loose skin on my abdomen, I would need a tummy tuck as well to achieve optimal results. I have my consult with her tommorrow morning so I plan to ask her if she thinks both of these procedures can be done at the same time. I have read answers that say that it can and answers that say it should not be. I definitely have enough fat in the rest of my body to harvest without even including my abdomen. I'm very excited to speak with her!!

I've been trolling this site for a while now looking at different surgeons in Houston and have been thinking about going with Dr. Cortes. I've read the bad reviews where they say that he has messed their body up, but pretty much EVERY doctor in Houston has a few of those reviews. I'm thinking of Cortes because he seems to be the only one who does high volume BBLs in Houston. Every other doctors pictures seem very conservative and I don't want to spend thousands on 1 inch of projection and waste my money. Out of state is not an option for me either. I have an 11 month old that I stay at home with and my husband works offshore so, unless he is home with me, I'm pretty much by myself as far as the kid goes. All my family works full time as well. Can any of you lovely ladies send me pics, comments, tips, whatever about Cortes who have used him please???? Or another doctor in the Houston or surrounding areas that will do high volume??? The before and afters I see from Cortes are exactly what I want...the wow factor, not just a smidgen of fat transferred here and there. I'm so disproportionate and want to feel like a REAL woman for once in my life! I have a pretty face and I need a body that matches!!! Help ladies!!!! ?????
