If you're looking at this, you're about to enter into a BIG piece of my world!! This is my life, my transformation, and was MY DECISION!! What you are about to see changed me, not only physically, but mentally as well. My journey started over 10yrs ago, and included me losing not only weight but a husband, family, and so say friends. I Love this man!!!! Dr. Cortes has changed my life FOREVER. He is awesome! His skills and artistic abilities are like none other! He is very honest and upfront about everything.
