I currently weight 270 lbs, I just signed up for a gym and created a meal plan, so I have about 80-90 lbs to lose by April 1,2014. I am aiming on having surgery somewhere up in April...GOD Willing..
Question:
Should I do my consult now or after I've lost a bit of weight? I know a lot of the prices are increasing in January :/

I am on the fence about Dr.Cortez, He sculpts that waist, but the asses are ehhhh... kind of squarish, and they dont have the projection that I like...[RS bleep] if i'm paying damn near 10k...I want that thang pokin' like some swangas....lol....
.anywhooo...which brings me to Duran? She don't mess with the big girls, anymore?
Lastly, anyone knows how booked Dr.Salama is? his patient's still getting those Seroma's?

I've been researching this surgery for years, I started off on MMH and within the last few months, I've been browsing RS. So far, I've been really feeling Dr. Cortez (His Price went up :/ ) and Dr. Duran . I a plus size lady so I have about 80+ lbs too lose before even considering this surgery. So, that puts me in a timeframe of sometime in April-July 2014.
My question to everyone that are working?
1. Do you disclose to your job what type of surgery you are getting?
2. How much time do you take from work?
