So like alot of you ladies, I've been stalking...

So like alot of you ladies, I've been stalking this website during my pregnancy (I think like 5 or 6 months) anywho my babyboy is now 8 weeks and I know I have to wait 6 months before I can have anything done sooo hopefully early next yr will be my time. I need a full tt and bbl. I was confused about what procedure to have first...some doctors says tt then bbl and some say bbl then tt. Im just worried after I lose my weight and have tt I won't have enough fat for bbl because I absolutely don't want to have lipo done on my arms or legs...I'll let my personal trainer handle that. I'm 5'4 and currently 232 lbs. My biggest when I was preggo was 279 (woow) but when I went ti my 2 week check up I was already my pre pregnancy weight (244). So while I wait for these months to pass I'll be losing the weight. My ideal weight is 180 -190. Anything smaller than that I'll be looking like pookie from around the way...lol! Hopefully I can atleast be 200 lbs when I have my tt and dr cortes can give me my hips that I was not born with..lol then I can go back in six months and the remaining fat can be stuffed in my butt. I think I'm leaning more on tt first just in case for any reason I can't go bavk in six months to gel bbl. I don't have to walk around with my pouch and love handles. Atleast my body will have some kind of shape, once cortes cut this sagging skin , suck out sides and give me his signature hourglass shape once hips are added..anyway...I'm 28 have a 13 yr old and new addition 8 week old. I was 15 when I had my daughter and my body before that was banging. I never had booty but I was like a size 8 and my body frame was nice for my body type. Even though back then I thought I was fat..lol...I chose dr cortes because I think for my body type and size he will give me the results I'm looking for. I had never heard of him before realself and after going directly to his site looking at credentials and b&a photos I knew from then on he'd be the ps that will change my life. As far as my weight loss..I've not been doing my best..I have good days and bad dats and I've only been to the gym twice (including today) and I've went walking like twice. I had a c section so my tummy still have that tingly sensation to it but I have things to do and goals to accomplish so I gotta do what i gotta do! This day fwd I promised myself to do some kinda work out on an everyday basis inn order to be where I wanna b! I don't eat fried foods, wish I could say the same with junk food! I try hard not to but the snack closet keeps calln my name..lol. because im breast feeding I eat all food groups i eat whole grain everything (pasta, bread, brown rice, quinoa) I juice a lot with my nutrabullet I add milled flaxseeds. If I'm juicing for a meal ( breakfast) I add a serving of oatmeal...it grinds it up and I promise you can't even taste it. It thickens it up so it holds u longer. I eat a lot of salmon, tilapia and chix breast. I tried to eat a baked chix wing and it was gross and I use to love wings. I think it was the skin. I eat ground turkey instead of hamburger ( if you season your meat well u won't miss hamburger) maybe I'm use to it cuz my mom had me eating it as a teenager..I switched to almond milk ( vanilla is the best, esp when used with making a shake with the nutribullet tastes like a milk shake. I dont cook with salt, bbl if I absolutely have to its kosher salt. Ya'll know "we" love some lawry's, sazon and adobe..lol. its fun tho cuz in addition to salt free seasoning I'm learninh how to cook with herbs ( something my mom never cooked with) it makes the food waay more flavorful I don't miss the salt. I get a lot of my recipes online and I love the show cook yourself thin.it takes your regular everyday meals and subsitute different ingredients to cut the fat and calories. I've made a lot of their meals and they are banging!! My daughter and I baked some oatmeal cookies from the quaker box and I changed it up a lil like subsituted the butter with applesauce or use half whole weat flour 1/2 reg flour. I found a recipe for oatmeal pancakes and I vow to never make a real pancake for myself again..it is owe so good and I'm a true fat girl who loves to eat. I didn't even need syrup, I topped it with fresh fruit. So this is a life style change for me not a diet but by all means if I have to have something I will. I don't deprive myself..its all in moderation. This is a lifestyle change not a diet....okay I'm babbln and bbw is on. Will update next week with weight loss....will post pictures of my nasty body in a bit ** tootles***
