BBL and Lipo Not Looking to Good - Houston, TX

Today was extremely rough for because I had to drive. I used the pillow I got from the doctor and it was extremely uncomfortable and awkward to use so I have to figure something else out. Any suggestions? I have an office job and every time I sat with the pillow under my thighs like I was supposed to my legs fell asleep after like 5 minutes. Needless to say I ended up standing majority of the day. There has to be a better solution for me to sit and keep my little butt lol. I did a little treadmill today for about 30 minutes and some free weights for my arms. Is it too soon for that? Is anyone projected to need a tummy tuck?

I have attached the pictures I showed him and he said that he can do this for me. BTW this may be TMI but I am now starting to have symptoms of a yeast infection due to the meds. Dr Cortes office was able to call in a RX for me with now problem, at least that's a plus.

I went to see Dr. Cortes in Houston to have my BBL and Lipo, now keep in mind I paid him to do this. I had my consultation with him in April 2014 at this time I was 206lbs 5"6, he told me I was a good candidate for this procedure and he will reshape my whole body and give me a big booty. So I felt good about him and the reviews that I had seen so I booked my date for Sept 19 2014, needless to say I was super excited. I am on day 12 of recovery and I am becoming increasing worried about how my results will come turn out because it is not look to good right now. He did not lipo my arms, thighs, or upper stomach or upper back which I paid him to do, so I am pretty pissed at this point and I he has not been at my follow up appoints thus far. I need an explanation or refund or something because this is just not right. At this point I am just to through with him, I go see him on 10/6 so we shall see what he says. I honestly don't feel like he did any thing but made my butt wide and flat which is not what I wanted, it is nothing like the wish pictures I showed him.
