I had a mini tummy tuck in April 2006. I had a major setback with a infection. My doctor said I had a reaction to the type of suture used. He removed the sutures and place disposible sutures, six months later. 3 years later I am having the complication with the sutures. Major inflamation, but white blood cell are in range 8.6. The only meds that work for pain are the anti-inflamatory ones.

Results were not good at first, I had extreme pain from a saf infection. Tummy has always been sensitive even after the second surgery. Then I was hospitlized this week. My body is rejecting the sutures. Sutures used were Ethibond.
