My breasts were "saggy" and very asymmetrical in appearance, and I suffered for years with pain in my neck and upper back as well as recurring rashes and skin infections. After much research into the surgeons of this area, and studying the different procedures that are currently being used, I chose Dr Rock.
I won't sugar coat it. When I woke up, I was in quite a lot of pain, but the post-op nurse took care of that very quickly. Once home, the pain was well managed with prescription medication.
When you take your first look at your breasts afterwards, don't be frightened. They will not look exactly right. Mine resembled bricks more than breasts. No worries, though. Within a week, they started to take shape and with each passing day their appearance has improved. Now, 12 weeks later, they are lovely. I still have the occasional twinge or shooting pain as the nerves are healing, but they are now few and far between. I am very pleased to have had the breast reduction and I am thrilled with the results.
I hope to return in order to add photos.

You would be hard pressed to find Anyone better. Let me start by saying it is not by accident that, up until now, all of my Doctors are women. I am not comfortable around men. To Dr Rock's credit, I felt at ease from the first meeting. I went into the consultation wanting breast reduction but I was nervous regarding the procedure and what the results would be. So I was not certain I would go through with it. Knowing that, Dr Rock still gave me 100% of his attention and spent a couple of hours giving me detailed information, as well as answering my questions. Some of them, more than once (I mentioned that I was nervous). He mentioned a list of things that I should consider and gave me written details of the procedure to take home and look over while making my final decision. Once I made my mind up to go through with it, I called and spoke with his assistant, Claudia (forgive me if I misspelled her name). She is an absolute dream to deal with. She and Dr Rock worked diligently to get my reduction approved by my insurance (not an easy task - let me tell you). As soon as it was approved, Claudia called me and I had another appointment with the doctor. He discussed, again, the procedure as well as the time leading up to the surgery, and what I could do to make it easier for myself. 14 hours before the surgery was scheduled to take place, my insurance canceled it due to some detail that they had incorrectly processed. I panicked, as I was at the doctor's office to be marked for surgery. This was the second time that my insurance canceled it. I was certain that Dr Rock would tire of this ongoing problem and release me from his care. The opposite was proven to be true. It was he and Claudia who comforted me, assuring me that it would all work out in the end. I was rescheduled and had my surgery on a Tuesday. He made sure that before leaving the recovery room, I remembered that I could call or text him if I had any concerns. The following Sunday, I became worried that my incision may have been puled open so I paged him. It was Superbowl Sunday and he still called me back immediately. I sent him a picture, then he & a nurse met me at his office. It turned out to be nothing serious but still, I liked his "Better safe than sorry" approach. There is sometimes a wait to be seen, but, I really don't mind because I know he is giving someone else the same extra time and attention that he gives me. I am now 12 weeks post-op, and I couldn't be more pleased with how my recovery is going. Thank you Dr Rock. You have given me not only confidence, but a sense of femininity that has long been gone. You have great skill, and a wonderful manner about you. Those two things make you not only an excellent surgeon, but an outstanding person. Thank you Claudia, for being exactly who you are; helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly.
