I was a 36B before my augmentation. I had a baby 7 years ago and my breasts took a toll. I lost weight and gained weight throughout the years and was tired of changing bra size all the time. I decided to have an augmentation and went for 500cc's, high profile under the muscle. I wanted a full C or small D. I am only 9 days post surgery but they have already gone down so much. Since the Dr. said the swelling will go down a lot and it can take a year for them to get to how they are supposed to be, that scares me. I dont want them to get too small. I have read once they drop they fluff up and fill out, is this REALLY true?

i had 500cc over muscle, and i wish mine were bigger too. had mine 2 years

Hi. I also had breast implants five weeks ago but im not happy at all. I had very small breasts and although my surgeon gave me a cup and a half extra, I really dont see much difference and there is no way anyone would notice them at all.it also seems as if the left breast is larger than the right. has anyone else had this problem

I had mine done 1 year ago(533 cc)and they are too small ( I too knew immediately after surgery that they would be)I am looking for the balance of the symetry of my body)and am going BACK in,in Sept,to spend more money!!..for 575cc HP and a 616cc HP ..DR's are afraid of letting us go too big,,but I should've followed my instinct and done it the first time!! At 50 I am paying for breasts..thats what I want. They do not fluff that is bogus. My consulation is that he will lipo my tummy as a bonus. Spare the 2nd time GO BIG OR GO HOME the first time...lol

oK on my original post I was only 9 days post op, I am now about 2 months and I still wish I would have gotten them bigger. I loved how they looked at a month but thats it. I do see the difference when I wear fitted clothes, or push up bras...but for almost $6k I dont think I should have to do all that, My problem however is that I could have used a lift as well, the Dr. didnt stress on it he just said it was my choice, I see how any bigger implants would be even more saggy. If I could do a re-do,(which I SO cant) I would get a lift and then bigger ones.

ahhhh i totally agree i am 9 weeks post op and after all the swelling went down i can't even tell that i have implants!! i have my folow up next week and i'm thinking if i should ask for revision or what because my boobs are still wierd looking lide torpedos...anyone else have this problem or advice?

I had a BA 3 weeks ago today and I am devasted with how small I am. I got 200cc's and now that swelling has gone down I am not big at all! My boobs look small and i am furious every time i look in the mirror. they do look natural, which is great, but after all the money and 2 weeks of healing - such a dissappointment. why didnt the dr go bigger? he knew they would go down wo why not give me bigger implants?
