I had to replace both of my saline implants due to a rupture on the right with silicon. Both breast looked even at first and now after 1 1/2 months post-op, right is lower and smaller then left. I may be a little paranoid after the rupture. I know its more difficult to notice a leak in a silicon implant, but has anyone experienced this? Could it be that I'm still healing on the left or a leak on the right? I did not have this problem when I first got my saline implants 15 years ago.

Great review?

It's possible that one breast is still more swollen than the other. You might want to post a question (with photo) in our doctor q&a community for more guidance.

I'm sorry you experienced the rupture with the saline implants. How long had you had them?
