I qanted to post my before and after to help others make the best decision as it was hard for me trying to decide size, cc's etc Before surgery I was 34b and when I went for a consult the doctor advised 310cc's over the muscle cohesive silicone gel implants. I had the best doctor and extremely knowledgeable, he told me that under muscle implants tent to look dented on top and not as full and he actually gets patients daily complaining of under the muscle implants and I couldn't agree any more after looking at pictures of diff implants.
