Well I am going on 3.5 months now PO!! I had another checkup last week and PS says everything is looking great. I feel great and have to admit that I look fabulous too :) I've been walking and jogging for exercise routine daily now, Ive tried doing AB workouts but I find it very uncomfortable and just not ready to push myself to that extent yet!! I think I will try again in a month or two, hopefully by 6mos ill be more comfortable with working on my abs so that I can give them more definition ;) But I walk/jog 4mi a day and that works out great and makes me feel good too!!

Scar is slowly but surely getting lighter! YAY!!! Excuse the really red parts, like right above the pubic bone area. My PS had removed my tape and I have pretty sensitive skin so I had some irritation. But all is well and I'm feeling good! Still having minor swelling right in the middle between my breast and belly button! Made sure it wasn't Seroma because that would have seriously SUCKED!!????But my PS checked me and assured me it was just still swollen and needed a little more time to go down ????

Dr. Schlesinger has been fantastic! Since day one in my consultation I felt he was the best doctor for me to trust and go through with my beautiful transformation! He takes his time in our visits to treat me and answers all my questions. Provides the best care and healing expertise! His staff is also great! Always so caring and kind, if I have a question and it can't be answered right there and then I will get a call back in a short timely manner. Waiting time in his office can sometimes be a drag but that's only because he gives every one of his patients or soon to be patients their most respected time with him! So the wait ends up not bring such a big deal. Overall great atmosphere!!
