i had some smokers lines and i my consultation the doctor told me the lines they would fill including lines running from sides of nose to mouth nasal folds,and smokers lines on top and bottom lip,he did top lip didnt do bottom lip as planned in consultation my deep line i was more concerned about he did not doi had very little result still left with the deep lineson top lip nasal folds little result,i got a follow up call to see if i was happy i said i have really no result,they told me if not happy they can do another injection costing 7800 hk$ and i can have 10% discount i told them i will not be comeing back,i had previously had botox of them before and on each occasion had to go back for a top up as no result,i understand this is a common practice in hong kong for the doctor to not inject you will all the botox you payed for they save some to top you up as most go back to complain not a good result

the doctors bedside manner on consultation told me were he was going to inject and fill on the day filled different area,on consultation answerd my questions and wrote o note on the day asked me were i wanted injecting i thought wat about the note you made. a follow up call wen wasnt happy told well if not happy have to pay again,1 phone call to see if happy wen i said not happy wasnt invited to examine the result,quite proffesional consultation and procedure,payment proccess i payed cash waiting time 30 mins looking out of a window then applyed cream waiting time 40 mins then about 20 mins injecting time

HI paul,
That's not good that he charged you when you went back and weren't happy. If you were not happy with the Botox from this doctor why did you go to them for the Juvederm too, did you already pay?
