Frustrated and discouraged

So I had my sleeve done on Dec. 16 and less than three weeks out I had already lost close to thirty pounds...now for the past week and a half I haven't lost a thing and apparently I have gained five pounds back.! I am exercising and I am not eating or drinking anything I shouldn't. I just have no idea what I am doing to cause this. Discouraged, frustrated!

Today is the day

Well it is 4:22 am and getting ready to leave for the hospital, they day is here! I have a little jitters but it isn't cause I'm scared it is. Ore like a kid on Christmas Eve ready to get this journey under weigh (yes I spelled it wrong on purpose). I did the ten days preop diet and I'm not going to sugar coat it it was ROUGH but I survived and didn't cheat at all. I will post more about that later when I have time. I am anxious to see how much if any I lost on the pre diet I can't imagine I didn't but I don't have a good set of scales here so today will tell. I will say that my knees and joints don't hurt as much as they did before the diet so that is a good thing. Below is a picture that my husband took about 15 minutes ago (can't believe I'm posting it) it is a little dark so I hope you can tell something. Say a prayer not just for me but mainly to give my girls peace about this procedure and new journey.

Final countdown

I went for my pre op on Thursday, and I guess I was expecting the worse news possible about the pre op diet and the diet resctrions rolling the sleeve so I was pleasantly surprised when I found out it wasn't Asa bad as I expected. So I start tomorrow which will be the ten day diet before surgery. My husband has been so supportive he is going to the store and made a special list of everything I need or may need. The dietician said that we may become irritable the first few days so I dread that more than anything (for my family). My official starting weight is 346 lbs. thanks for everyone's support!
