Beautiful location
Dr. Ghurani was very dedicated and gave me total attention. I loved the way my body looked and still looks right now, 4 years later and 45 pounds heavier.

I went online and looked at some before and after photos of women who looked just like me. I was very surprised with the results and I saw women who looked much worse than me and the after photos left me speechless. I loved what I saw. I thought to myself "If I can look half as good I would be so happy".
I got motivated and decided to go for it.
I was very unhappy before the surgery. I looked at myself in the mirror and I did not like what I saw. I did not like my breasts because without a bra my nipples would be facing the ground and my breasts were long and saggy. I also had one much bigger than the other.
I wanted to fill that empty space that is level to my arm pits. I wanted to be able to remove my bra and have my nipples stand straighter.
I also had a lot of extra skin below my belly button. I really hated that. I could not wear a tight blouse or tight pants because I had a double stomach. I wanted to be able to look better with and without clothes on. I was not looking for a barbie shape. I am a big bone plus size woman. I just wanted to look and feel better about myself.
Pros and cons
I was very concerned about the scars. I thought they were going to be big and visible. I saw photos of people that had the same procedure done by other doctors and they did not look nice. They had big scars.
The outcome...
To my surprise, my scars started to disappear the after the second week, when the tapes came off.
I look great. I feel wonderful. I went on vacation last week and I put on a two piece bathing suit at the resort pool and for the first time in many years, I was turning heads, not only men but also ladies were looking at me of course they were not happy to see me because their man were the ones looking at me. I felt so happy and secure that I am very much motivated to get in a program to start eating better and loosing weight. When you feel good about the way you look we do more to look even better. With my breasts looking like this and without the extra belly skin, I'm very happy now.
I never had any pain except for the two little openings were the draining tubes were in. I took Tylenol and the pain was gone. No need for prescription for me.

Dr. Ghurani did a wonderful job and went beyond my expectations. Dr. Rami Ghurani was my surgeon. He was so nice and very professional. From the time of my 1st consultation, his staff were so nice and very well organized. By the time Dr. Ghurani walked into the consultation room I knew a little bit of what he was going to do. There were no surprises. He took the time to listen to what I wanted him to and then he examines me and took notes and explained to me step by step and in a language, I could understand, (not using some of those big doctors words that you have no clue what they mean) lol. He used simple words and told me how he worked and what I could expect from him and what he expected from me as well. He was highly recommended by the staff and by some patients. There are several doctors there and they are all very good but Dr. Ghurani was everyone's 1st recommendation and the only recommendation from most. The surgeries (4) took 5 or 6 hours and went well. I was able to walk to the car and visit him the very next day. On day 3 I still had no pain, as a matter of fact, I had to drive and was able to do so but was not recommended. I was told NOT to drive but I felt so good that I did. On day 3 instead of being in bed crying of pain, I was taking my 74-year mother to the casino to entertain her a little. Of course, I had my walker and sat down the whole hour we spent there. One very important step is to get the recliner to sleep at least the first month or so. I rented one with the remote control that elevates to the chair to almost standing position. It helped me so much because I did not have to strain myself trying to get in and out of it. And I highly recommend the post-op massages. They help you heal so much faster and it gets rid of unwanted lumps and gets rid of hard tissue that may become a problem later on if you do other procedures.
