Follow up to my second treatment done July 8th 2015

10 weeks out from my second procedure and today's follow-up was just as disappointing as my first procedure done back in Dec, 2015. From previous post you can tell that the original procedure I had done in Dec 2015 absolutely did not work. I had a second procedure done on my belly and love handles July 2015 with still no results. I am completely frustrated because all before and after photos I saw in the facility and all the comments I read all indicated that this was a procedure that produced greats result. Today the young technician who took my photos and compared them to photos taken in July could hardly see any results herself. She was very perky and kept telling me that I should remember that this procedure only offers about a 20% change and that I should schedule another follow up for next month. Really 20%, because when I originally came to discuss this procedure 20% was NEVER mentioned. I was told that there will be dramatic results and was shown all the before and after photos. Once I reach my 4 month mark the possibility of seeing any further results diminishes. Is it possible that my fat is more resistant than others? Probably not. I am not a big girl. I am just 5 foot , weight 100 lbs. By all accounts I eat well, exercise, and am relatively small in all areas of my body except my belly. This from having several C-sections. I don’t mind paying for something as long as I get what I paid for and in case I did not. More to come after my next follow-up. I have a feeling it will just be more of the same nonsense from them.

Follow-Up Procedure

Well today is one week exactly for my second procedure and I feel great. I feel much better than I did with the first procedure. My swelling is about 85% gone(still have belly of course). I had absolutely no craping or pain and the numbness is about 90% gone. I really can't believe the difference from my first procedure. I was bloated for about 3 weeks and numb even longer. I really believe the compression garment made all the difference. I wore it 24 seven for at least 5 days. I was never told to wear one with my first procedure. I haven't even needed so much as an aspirin. Now lets just hope this procedure worked. If not........I guess I'm stuck with this belly. I'll keep posting until my 6 week follow-up.

Follow-Up Pictures

I have a 6 week appointment coming in September. I will post pic then and you can be the judge if it worked or not.

Ideal Image. The office staff and the Nurse who performed the procedure were completely professional and courteous. I am thinking about going back for another simple out patient procedure. If I had to give some advise my advise would be that the office staff, or nurse who performed the procedure should contact the patient the day after the procedure to check up on them and to answer any questions they may have after getting the procedure. I know I had some concerns/questions after that I hadn't had prior to the procedure.
