I was in great shape, but couldn't do anything about my tummy sticking out no matter what, I often had people comment if I was pregnant again, think they were more worried than me about it!!
So made the decision to go ahead with Abdominal plastic surgery..... best thing I've done, very happy with results so far and its only been 7 weeks.
Very little discomfort, was only on the Endone for 5 days, then a little panadol was enough. I did keep my stage 1 garment on for 5 weeks, which was a great help I think.
