I had silicone implants 24 years ago and then...

I had silicone implants 24 years ago and then replaced them with saline 11 years ago due to both encapsulated.

I am so happy to have implants. But having the silicone replaced with the saline was the most painful experience. I am thrilled I no longer have the silicone. I would never want to go through another surgery again!

I workout a lot and do some weight lifting. Lately one of my breasts have been really sore. The implant is the same size but it feels like a pulled a muscle around the implant. Is this possible and could I have done any damage to the implant in any way? Also what causes some rippling overtime in the breasts?
Great review?
