Im 46,mother of a 19 yrs and 16 yrs, Want to get my sexy back, my current weight is 180lb and I'm happy, have always been curvy, I workout four times a week just to maintain, my ideal weight is 150lb. My question is, would losing 30lb be beneficial before surgery, knowing it would be hard to maintain, I've always been between 175 and 180lbs

The closer you are to your ideal weight before surgery the better the results. Most doctors want you to be within 12- 20 pounds of your goal weight. Doing this will give you optimal results. So glad I did it!!
