Not Worth It
Spent: $1,500 in Plano, Texas
After receiving my shots, I was rushed to the emergency room with severe stomach pain & treated with morphine. I also have significant hair loss. The pain, swelling & suffering, along with no results........I'd have to say, It's not worth it"!!!!!!!!!!! It was advertised as "lunch time lipo"...I swelled up as if I was six months pregnant & couldn't wear my regular clothes for 5-7 days!!!

I am sorry you had such a bad experience with your lipodissolve treatments. Did you contact the clinic where you had treatments to see if they could do anything for your discomfort? I have also never heard of lipodissolve causing such extreme side effects as hair loss. I'd like to learn more about your experience to see if I can help in any way.

I still can not wear the clothes I wore prior to having the treatments! I only had three treatments beginning June 2007 and as a result I gained weight, have pitted edema (swelling in my legs that leaves an indention when pressed), and have had to increase my thyroid medication to try to get my body back to "normal". Read my full story in a post dated Sept. 11, 2007. I updated it on September 25, 2007 with some interesting information that is posted on fig's website that the treatments they gave me should have never been done since I have an autoimmune disease!!!! I did have one representative from fig ask me how they were supposed to know that I was hypothyroid.........ahhhh, let's see, I WROTE IT ON THE FORMS THAT I COMPLETED PRIOR TO BEING TREATED!!!!! I even specifically questioned the treatment and potential effect on hypothyroidism and was told it would be fine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
