Not Worth It
Spent: $3,500 in Kansas City, Kansas
I was told as (3) treatments the lumps would go away inside of me; it's now a year later and the lumps are still there. I have indeed lost weight but not to do this experience; it been because of diet and exercise. I have applied for a full refund. It's now been (90) days and I have not received anything. I think I will take them to small claims court.

Hi Jewel, i work for fig. You say it's been over a year now and you still have nodules. When was the last time you went back to the clinic to have this checked? You should talk to the provider there about your concerns. You also said that you want a refund. Have you talked to the people at the clinic and made a request for that. There is a process that needs to be taken. I was unable to locate you in the system which means you need to formally request a refund from the clinic in order for the process to begin. I suggest you call 877-265-5476, make an appointment at your clinic and they will be able to take care of you. Let me know if i can help you with anything else.
