I had a a huge belly, I looked like I was 9 months prego. Now my belly looks flat, not completely flat, but doc. says im still pretty swollen.

Its been 4 weeks since my tummy tuck with Pelvic Lift. Everything seems to be healing properly. But I am worried because I have this area that is hard like rock. Its the size of a oval small potato...and its right below the incision line and right above the pelvic area. Im so worried this might be something bad...becuase its super hard. Is this normal? will it soften up on its own? By the way, I still have one drain helping me drain liquid out, and its about 25cc's every 12-13 hrs. Should I worry about this hard rock area? or will time heal it?
