I had my abs done about a week ago. The procedure was not painful at all, over in about an hour and a half.

Still a little sore, but happy with how it looks. I think what I like the best is the tightening. I'm 46, active, and have had three kids. Not a lot of fat to remove but I did have some extra skin. I'm looking forward to how it will look in a couple of months.
