Second consultation was a waste of time!

Well I went for my second consultation yesterday. Total waste of time! Drove down to Southampton to the Transform clinic. Didnt even get to see a surgeon, so no measuring or recommendations about sizing or anything. Sat there for almost an hour with the clinic manager being told what breast augmentation surgery consisted of and being shown before & after photos. (Nothing i didnt already know or seen on the internet already) She then recommended that I make a further appointment with a surgeon if I wanted to.
I was told that they mainly perform over the muscle surgery unles it was really not suitable and she also said that the average size implant they do is about 300 and the largest size implant they normally do is 525. She nearly fell off her chair when I said I was looking at 550/600!
Also all all the photos that she showed us were everything I didnt want to look like - stuck on, round, obviously fake boobs with a huge gap between the breasts. No thank you very much. Not even going to bother going back.
Definitely going to make a second appointment with David Crawford. Need to determine all the pros & cons of the two sizes hes recommended.
Last night I played with the rice bags again. Made two lots, 560g & 605g & tried different outfits on with both sizes. I have to say, both me & my partner prefer the 605's. Theres not a lot of difference, but there is definitely something better in the look of them. They just seem to give me a better shape. A lovely hour glass figure.
I dont want to settle for the 560's then end up wishing I'd gone bigger!

Been to the first consultation.

Went to the first consultation yesterday. It went quite well I thought . Mr David Crawford was realky nice listened to what I said I wanted and didn't want. Basically he has recommended round textured high profile allergan Inspira natrelle TRF implants placed partially under the muscle. (I think this is also called duel plane). I tried several sizes and gave me the choice of 560 or 605 although he recommended the 560's as he said the 605's would be taking me into oversize.
Im really not sure which size to go for. I've read alot of reviews and many say that they wish they'd gone bigger. Any advice would be much appreciated!

I am a fairly young looking 45 year old. I am 5'8"...

I am a fairly young looking 45 year old. I am 5'8" and weigh approx 139lbs. I have always had small boobs which have never really changed despite having a child 21 years ago. I didnt breast feed, so maybe thats why? I actually quite like the shape of them, they dont sag, they are just small. I currently wear a 34B/36A depending on the make of the bra.
I have always wanted a nice full C cup, but never really had the nerve to have anything done about it. Last year a friend of mine started lodging with me and she had had a boob job about 5 years ago. She had hers done in Belgium and went from a C cup to a G cup! She fas a fuller figure than me so she can get away with that size, but it certainly got me thinking about the possibility of having implants myself.
I have recently moved in with my partner and am now in a better financial position and the more I thought about it the more I want it done!!
My partner is great, totally understanding and supportive. We've talked about it till the cows come home. Actually its been more me bending his ear about it! I've been trawling through the internet, researching and looking at photos. I want my new boobs to be as natural as possible and must admit that I'm swaying towards smooth round moderate plus silicone implants under the muscle.
We went out a couple of weeks ago and bought some rice & bras to see what I would look like with boobs. I picked up a C cup and a D cup to try and just for a laugh I bought a DD one too. We went home and tried each one with different amounts of rice & took some photos. I was quite shocked as I had always thought I wanted a C cup, but once I tried the D and even the DD, I looked so much better! So now thats what I want, a minimum of a D.
I have now finally plucked up the courage to make some appointments.
I have the first consultation on Tues 11th March with Mr David Crawford at the Hampshire Clinic, in Basingstoke. Its costing £125 for the consultation, but my partner knows someone who has had a boob job with him, so he was recommended. I have also booked a free consultation with Transform in Southampton on Fri 14th March and a free mini consultation with Mr Micheal Cadier at Sarum Road Hospital, Winchester on Wed 19th March.
I am a little dubious about Transform to be honest. I've read alot of reviews about them and most of them seem to say that they give the hard sell and the surgeons all seem to recommend over the muscle implants, even for small breasted women. All the research I have done says that under the muscle is better and more natural looking. Maybe overs are easier & cheaper to do? Better profit margin? It will certainly be interesting to see who says what!
I will update younall with the results on each consultation.
