“Half Way Through my Fraxel Treatments”

I am doing 4 treatmeants and have completed 2 so far.

The pain starts for me about 2 days after the treatment and lasts for about a week. After the first treatment I had normal swelling for about a week. 2 weeks later I did my 2nd treatment and my Dr. doubled the power of the laser this time (it should be progressive for each treatment).

Both the pain and the swelling was EXTREMELY severe for about 2 weeks. I have now put off my 3rd treatment for about a month, it takes a toll on you physically and mentally.

The next time, My Dr. is gonna have me start taking methylprednisone the day before the treatment tp revent such bad swelling. It looked about 4 times as bad as when I had my wisdom teeth removed. Haven't seen any results yet....
