I went in on June 22 and had my stomach and flanks done. I took a xanax and 3 percocet and it was still painful - bearable but painful. I was told to alot about 1 and half hours. It took a total of 3 hours.

The technician was wonderful & kind. The first pass was just uncomfortable but by the time the 3rd pass started, well it hurt. I was very bruised on my flanks and only slightly on the stomach. It took a full two weeks for all the bruising to go away. 24 days later and I am still sore and very sensitive in most areas.

I keep waiting patiently but so far nothing. It has been four weeks and as each day passes and no results makes me a little upset. I am still holding out that "something" will begin to happen soon; however, it is becoming apparent that I have wasted alot of money.

This friday will be 9 weeks and still no results. When I went back for a check up, I was told not to worry that results are usually seen 10 - 12 wks after the procedure and to drink lots of water. I had already been drinking a good bit of water but have stepped it up a notch and well feel like I am living in the bathroom I am consuming so much but still no results. Beginning to feel as though I have wasted almost 3,000 dollars!

It has been almost four months now and NOTHING. No change in size. Extremely disappointed and upset about spending that kind of money and not seeing any results. I am going back to the doctor thursday and can only hope he will try to make good on the money spent doing a procedure that is a scam!

Well it is official, Liposonix did not work!...

Well it is official, Liposonix did not work! SHould have known it was to good to be true. Dr. Wyble was at a loss as to why it didn't work and did offer a partial refund.

I had a recheck at 8 weeks after the procedure and lost 4 3/4" in my waist, not sure what happened with "still impatiently waiting", did they gain weight possibly? I didn't gain any but didn't lose any either. Also my BMI was 25 when I did it, it's more beneficial on people with a BMI of less than 30. I hate to hear that, it's not a cheap procedure, but I've been very happy with results.

Hi Marie, results are not supposed to be seen for 3 months after the procedure (2 months at the earliest), it will take that long for your body to process everything. So don't worry yet it takes a while.
