After losing a lot of weight, I lost a good bit of my breast tissue. After finding Dr. Orseck on RealSelf, I went in for a consultation, which was only $50, and truly was impressed with him and the staff. I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes before going back and have always been met with smiling faces. They also took my travel distance into consideration and set appointments at the location closer to me. Before the surgery, he called to talk to me about the type of implant one more time, because he wanted to make sure that he was putting in ones that would give me my desired look. They were very thorough with preop and postop instructions. After the surgery, I was immediately pleased with the results and have only loved them more and more each day since then! I went with 450cc silicone higher profile implants in both sides, sub-muscularly placed with an inframammary incision. I went from a 34B to a 36DD. Even though I am a lot bigger and fuller than before, they still look natural and symmetrical- that's one of my favorite things about them! After this surgery, I am going to go back for more procedures.
