How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Almost 4 weeks out
I am absolutely loving them. I would do it again in a heartbeat. They still have some dropping to do, but thanks to all the reviews I've read, I was aware of this. I started my scar cream and firm massage of my scar yesterday. It is uncomfortable in a couple spots, but I know that will get better. I have some stitches left, which are annoying! I was told I could come in to have them trimmed.
I haven't started working out. I'm feeling soft all over, but I know I need to wait to do anything strenuous. My doctor along with many others say that the best results are from people that do take it easy those first weeks. I remind myself of this daily. Haha! I'm going to post some pictures finally because I know how helpful they are to others. I'm 5'3" and 117. I was wearing a 34 B prior, but think I was should have been on a 32 band because my ribcage is 30" around. Proper bra fitting is another thing I've learned on this breast augmentation research journey.

1 week post op!
Today I allowed to use full range of motion. I'm so glad to stop with the T-Rex arms. I managed to wash my own hair and even out a shirt on by myself. This allow has allowed me to feel more normal, which I really needed at this point. I'm no longer taking pain pills.
A suggestion for medication is to make a chart for the person taking care of you. It's difficult to remember when the last time you took meds. I made a chart with the names on the column to the far left then dates above with room in between to write the times last given.
I wore a knee length skirt for the first few days to make bathroom stops easier. I could just pull up my skirt instead of pulling down/up pants. This doesn't seem difficult until you're there.
I ate fiber one bars, took Colace, drank smooth move tea and prune juice. I never went longer than a day with a bowel movement. The meds and anesthesia will constipate you, so stay on top of that!
I'm still sleeping inclined on the couch. I miss my bed, but it doesn't seem comfortable lying flat yet.
I hope you found this helpful! :-)

Tomorrow is the day!
It's almost here. Unfortunately, I have a sick toddler at home so that's making me regret the timing. I know my husband and mom will take great care of him.
Tonight, I'll take Pepcid, apply a nausea patch and no eating after midnight. I will wear comfy clothes there with no jewelry, makeup, deodorant, lotion or fingernail polish. Once I get settled, I will take Zofran. I will update once I'm able to!
