Im excited and nervous about my Cool Sculpting prodecure . I haven"t really told anyone that I'm having this done . I dont want anyone to talk me out of it.
This is my present to me , I had be looking into the and just decided one morning this is it. Now or never. I'm schedule to have my upper and lower belly done the same day. What I want to know is there anything I need to do special before thursday? Should I drink more water in the next 3 days,what should I wear after the procedure, and should I take any pain meds before I leave home?. Any information would be a big help....I will be adding before and after photos..
