I think the combo of the chin lipo and silicone...
i think the combo of the chin lipo and silicone chin implant were the best/most noticeable things I've ever done....Not having to stick out my chin all the time trying to mask a double chin is fabulous. If your surgeon recommends this, do it! I wasn't planning on the implant, just the lipo but my doc said to do both and boy was he right
