3 month update
Feeling completely back to myself :) I'm sooo happy with my results ! Dr. Jantish did an amazing job and his office and staff were wonderful during my recovery. I would highly recommend him.
2 week post op
Doc says I'm progressing well. Surgical glue and remaining scabs were cleaned up today. Soooo happy with my incisions! Allowed moderate exercise and household duties. Also can relax in the tub again :) He suggested no hot tubs for 6 weeks because of the high temps. It can cause bleeding in some. I had overly sensitive boobs really bad for 3 days. Its getting better and should continue. He suggested gentle massage to calm it down.Massages for placement once a day tapering down to every other day until I see him again in 3 weeks. Also starting scar treatment. It was optional, cost about 22.00 and I need to use it for 4 to 6 weeks. Still 3 weeks out from getting out of the sports bras. Still taking ibuprofen when needed.
I still plan on taking it easy on my chest muscles, I love my results and the Doc said im not 100 percent until six weeks. And its awesome to guilt my teens into some extra chores lol.

1 week post op update
Had my 1 week post op apt. Doc says things are healing well :) Had some stitches removed and started massages twice a day. Cleared to sleep on my side. A Lil uncomfortable I tuck a Lil squishy pillow next to me. Went back to work last Wednesday ( office job) just a Lil sore after a full day. Been taking Advil for pain and swelling. Overall feeling good and loving the new girls!! Trying to resist the urge to bra shop, can't wait lol. For healing I got cozy bras from Walmart (like 7 bucks) not the sexist but comfy for healing. Been listenining to the doc and taking it easy.
