The Worst Doctor I've Ever Been To!!! - Great Neck, NY

I went to him because he had some great reviews. It wasn't until now that I seen all the bad reviews. I should've done a little more research. I had restylane in my cheeks done by another doctor. I didn't like the results and wanted to have it dissolved. I figured I could have it dissolved and start all over with a good doctor. The moment Dr Jacono walked into the room he was rude, dismissive, arrogant. He was yawning the whole time I was speaking to him. He has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen. It was like out of a movie! I couldn't believe someone who works with people all the time, could be so nasty. I am an african american woman, I really hope my color had nothing to do with his attitude. He was so horrible to me, that once he left the receptionist kept apologizing for his behavior. She said he isn't usually like this, but he's been us since 5am. I am not trying to be insensitive, but isn't that the typical day of a doctor? That doesn't give him the right to treat people like crap. Anyway, he gave me a few injections of vitrase to dissolve the filler. It's been almost a week and my face looks exactly the same. Honestly, I wouldn't go back to him if someone paid me. It's a shame because I probably need more injections to have the filler totally dissolved. Please people save your time and money!!! Find a compassionate and decent doctor!
