I have been working out with weights, running etc and still can't get rid of the saddle bags, flank fat and medial thigh fat. Dr. thinks smart lipo will help remove most of this. I just want to see the results of my working out more. I've had six children and it's just time to do something for me.

I'll let you know what I think when it's over. Kinda scared after reading how sore so many people are after this procedure.

All went well. I'm sore but nothing like I thought it would be. I go in tomorrow morning for dressing change. I can't wait to see under this garment you have to wear after. I think the hardest part about the soreness is sitting on the toilet. Lol! It's only the day after and I mopped floors and did some laundry. Once you get up and start moving around the soreness is ok, but all that starts over everytime you sit or lay down awhile. I hope that helps anyone who wants to do smart lipoprotein to know kinda what the post Op is like.

Thanks; ya now it went really good. I was surprised at how little the swelling was. I was more surprised by how bruised I am. The tiny cuts are almost invisible. I really like that part. Wow, the whole medial thigh is like one giant bruise. It's been one week since the surgery today. The bruises are starting to go away and so is the soreness. It's still uncomfrontable to sit down and when I first start to get up, but it's getting much better. It not so sore that it keeps me from doing things. In fact I went our till midnight with my husband on Saturday. I'm excited to see how great everything looks in another week. So far, I would recommend Smart Lipo to anyone. It's great!
