I was unhappy with the appearance of my neck as I am approaching my 60's. I have always planned on having a facelift but after my free consultation Dr. Tholen declined to complete the procedure stating I did not need it. He did not try to sell me on extensive procedures we discussed my concerns & came up with a realistic plan.
As a registered nurse I did my research and Dr. Tholen is board certified, has excellent reviews and he comes highly recommended! In my opinion cost should not be the main factor in determining who you choose as a plastic surgeon!
I was surprised at how little discomfort there was immediately after surgery & absolutely no pain during my recovery. The only discomfort I experienced was sore ears due to the tight turban bandage which was on for the first 24 hours then it could come off for showers wearing it for one week day & night.
I had a blepharoplasty almost 10 years ago & couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Tholen completed a revision on my right eye free of charge due to my eye lid drooping. I had minimal bruising.
No more sagging neck & this sure makes aging much more palatable! Thank you Dr. T!
