Update almost 3 year post op
I wanted to update. My only regret is I didn't do this years earlier. My life is so much easier with smaller breasts. I've settled to a 34-36 DD. As you can see from the photo, my scars are almost non-existent.
Pushing Too Hard
I've felt fantastic and have been exercising lightly. As long as I keep my blood pressure below 160, I'm awesome. Yesterday I overdid it. I was skiing moguls; it was a powder day and nothing terribly strenuous. Unfortunately, I was having so much fun I got excited and my blood pressure spiked. Cue the nausea, dizziness, and chest cramps. I was hoping to start running this week, but clearly I need to dial back on my exercise.

Provider Review
Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
725 Heritage Rd., Golden, Colorado
Dr. Steinwald listened to my complaint and gave me hope. His manner was calm and professional. His technique was fantastic. The surgery took exactly the time he estimated and I suffered no ill effects. He called me at home the day after my procedure to check on my progress. The next day he removed my bandages and checked my progress. My nipples have full sensation; they didn't before the procedure. I have bruising underneath and mild pain, more like a severe sunburn than an injury. Based on my recovery so far, I recommend anyone considering breast reduction to see Dr. Steinwald.
