Previous rupture of saline breasts that were to large for how much weight I has lost. I removed them and decided to work on reshaping the breast to the best of my ability. After four years I was not happy with the ptosis (stage 3/4, droop/sagginess/aged looking breasts) of my breasts. I went to Dr. Steinwald for a consult and felt at ease and excited, and that was just trying on the temporary implants! It has been almost a month since the surgery and the results are phenomenal! The size around is around 180cc/210cc, "gummy bear"/silicone implant is very natural and feel more like a "real breast" than the saline did. The size of implants are perfect for my body size and body shape. I am so happy with my decision. The lift made a world of difference.
