So my pain has been minimal aside from the sensation in my nipples coming back and feeling uncomfortable in my bra. I swear the bra is more uncomfortable than anything else.
I believe they are starting to drop. I've been wearing my surgical bra as prescribed.
My 1 week post op appointment went well they said I'm healing nicely but my scars are slightly raised which is a concern in people with dark skin. I will start the scar treatment I brought when my steristrips at my next appointment.

Day 2 post op
I have a tonsil infection. :( my throat was hurting and I started coughing so I made a same day appointment To see my GP. So I'm on antibiotics now. Awesome.
My pain level is fine I'm going to stop taking the narcotics tomorrow and just switch to something lighter.
I've got some brusing underneath my right boob. Ive hit to remember to take it easy. Because I'm not in much pain I've been up and moving but I need to just rest more.
So far my boobs look good. They look like larger versions of her breast I already had. Not a dramatic difference just the size is larger. I'm thinking I'll be full C cup.

So I'm not as in nearly as much pain as I thought I would be. Either these pain killers are amazing or the the pain isn't that bad / my pain tolerance is good.
I slept on the couch sitting up last night as laying on my back was uncomfortable. Speaking of uncomfortable that's what I am right now. Not in pain just uncomfortable this bra is too tight, my chest is sore and bending over is difficult. Oh yeah wearing a seat beat is uncomfortable.
I've already gotten boob greed haha I got them the max size the dr wanted to go on my frame but I'm already planning to come back in a year and get bigger ones.
I'm a bit bloated and haven't had a bowel movement so I'll have a few prunes and see how that treats me. I've also been taking my vitamin C tablets and drinking my vital greens, just reds, and protein powder in addition to healthy food to help with recovery.

Dr Kenny is extremely thorough , I liked it. He was really nice & and answered all my silly questions. I didn't feel pressured at all to get the surgery and we discussed some of my other health issues that could affect my results which is really nice. The consult wasn't rushed at all and the day of the surgery he was extremely pleasant and went over what we had talked about in the consult again just to make sure I hadn't changed my mind. My initial impression of his work is very good. Will update over the next few months.
