Being opinionated I did not believe that somebody...
Being opinionated I did not believe that somebody could influence me in anything, including diet and exercise. All I expected from Dr. Casas was to look at me(very briefly), to schedule the operation date and tell me the price. How wrong I was!
In 5 min after I met Dr. Casas I was comfortable with her, in 15 min I realized how badly I treated my body, so mentally I set up a new goal. For the rest of the appointment Dr. Casas educated me in healthy eating and exercising, laid out a treatment plan witch includes a formation of new eating habits, sports activities appropriated for my age and some surgical procedures. After appointment I stopped by LA Fitness and purchased a pass, then I was flying home to clear my refrigerator of junk food and went on treadmill for 20 min. My husband was so pleasantly surprised that he ran to the store and brought me flowers.
Now I have a question for readers: what kind of experience I had?
