I had a tummy tuck about 6 years ago. My stomach has never been flat there is always a lump in the middle of the stomach (above the belly button). sometime gets really hard, causing disconfort. I ussually put a body control girdles, which makes me feel good and helps the lump to down, but it is never flat.

I'm wondering the same thing as Boobala! Did you ask your surgeon about this lump? See this question from another RealSelf user with a similar issue. Hopefully it will help.
