I took pictures yesterday so i will be sending recent photos as well as photos from the first few days after cast removal; you'll notice how much my nose changed in just one week.
Post-rhinoplasty dark under-eyes
To me, this is the most depressing part about the healing process. I don't care that my nose is swollen or piggy or avatar-like anymore; i just want my under-eyes to get lighter already! :'( ughh.

The only negative thing about Dr. G is that he's so busy, so you might feel rushed during consultation. But he really is the absolute best rhinoplasty surgeon out there. Although we were rushed during the consultation, he remembered everything we decided about my nose and he implemented those exact decisions. He made my nose exactly the way i imagined it would be. I can't explain how safisifed i am with the result. The hospital staff were wonderful. His office staff, though, i'm not so sure i liked. They seemed a little careless and in a hurry to leave the office (my post-op appointment was the last for the day).
