I had septorhinolasty done 3weeks ago today (closed), as i had broke my nose in a fight around 14weeks ago, it looked crooked and i was depressed. A week after my splint came off my nose looked petite and straight, now it is beginning to look how it did before surgery, will this get better in time? It looks like i still have the same bump beside my eye. This is absolutly depressing and knowing ill have to wait another year to have it fixed is frightening. Although it looks like curved, is there any chance it could straighten in time? I also got this done on NHS and begining to think i should have went private :(!!!!!

Thanks for posting on RealSelf. I'm sorry you're noticing a bump you're unhappy with. Here's what doctors say about bumps after rhinoplasty (scroll all the way down because they have drastically different feedback). It sounds like it could be swelling after three weeks.
